Steaks:

nystrip-120At B&M Market we pride ourselves on carrying only USDA Prime Steaks. Our steaks are full of flavor and very tender due to the dry aging process. We carry a large variety of steaks from Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Cowboy and Cowgirl Rib-Eyes, Porterhouse, Tom’s Special (a customer favorite), Flank Steak and Skirt Steak. Our team will discuss the different features of each steak and custom cut them for you.

Roasts:

Prime-rib-1024x681-120Our unique Roasts like our steaks are all dry aged USDA Prime. They are easy to prepare and delicious to eat. Whether you choose our Standing Prime Ribs, Bone and Tied Prime Ribs, Tom’s Special Roasts, NY Strip Roasts, Boneless Ribeye Roasts or our fabulous Gourmet Roast, all customer favorites, we offer a nice clean Tuscan seasoning and the boneless roasts work well with our horseradish crust which is just something different and compliments the meat to present a delicious flavor for your guests.

Pork “The Other White Meat”:

pork-120We carry a very special line of Heritage Bred organic Pork. It is grown on Ossabaw Island off the coast of Georgia and is known for its’ marbling not found today in most other pork products. This translates into the most tender, moistest, succulent and flavorful pork chops, pork roasts, hams, and other cuts that our customers tell us how much they enjoy.

Chicken:

B&M Market sells only Bell & Evans all natural Chicken.  After testing all of the chicken brands we are confident that Bell & Evans is the juiciest chicken available. They started in the 1890s and constantly improve their methods to produce the great chickens that we serve today. Our Bell & Evans chickens can be prepared in so many delicious ways. From whole chickens ready to roast, bone in breasts, boneless breasts with Tuscan seasoning, chicken cordon blue, seasoned chicken parts with a 15 spice dry rub, stuffed chicken breasts with apple cider cornbread stuffing and many more options. Once again we will do custom cuts for you and complimentary seasoning.

Lamb:

Rack-of-lamb-120Lamb is one of America’s most prized meats because of its mild flavor, tender texture, and sweet profile. We carry only USDA Prime Colorado Lamb.

We will help you determine the portion size, seasoning, and of course cooking instructions for your rack of lamb, legs of lamb or any other cut you choose.

Sausage & Franks:

sausage-120All of our sausages are made in house daily, using the highest quality pork and spices.  Our four most popular sausages are Sweet Sausage Links, Hot Sausage Links, Parsley & Cheese Wheels, and Breakfast Sausage Links.

Our homemade franks are 85% beef 15% pork combined with just the right amount of crisp texture in the skin to create the most delicious frank available.

Turkey:

The best turkey available in the United States comes from Jaindl Turkey Farms located in Orefield, Pennsylvania. Don’t just take our word for it.
The White House has been serving the same Jaindl Grand Champion Turkeys for Thanksgiving that B&M serves, every year since 1962. For Thanksgiving we serve our famous “Ready to Cook” Jaindl Turkeys, that we clean, tie up, season with imported French butter and fresh herbs and serve it in a Turkey Pan with Stock and cooking instructions. All you have to do it put it in the oven and enjoy time with your family. Turkey doesn’t stop at thanksgiving, we serve Jaindl Turkey all year long whether it’s a half breast seasoned over stuffing, boneless turkey breast roasts, and even a whole turkey for a special dinner gathering.
